What We Collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the city you are in, the kind of rodent problem you are dealing with, and whatever detail you add in the message field.
Separately, this site uses Google Analytics, which collects standard measurement data. That covers which pages were viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It does not tell us who you are.
Why We Collect It
The details you submit are used to respond to your inquiry and to connect you with a licensed provider who covers your city and handles the work you need. That is the whole purpose of the form.
Analytics data is used in aggregate, to see which pages people find useful and where the site is failing them. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Who We Share It With
To act on your request we pass your contact details and the description of your problem to one or more independent participating providers in our network. Those providers may then contact you by phone, text or email about the job. That sharing is the mechanism by which this service works, and submitting the form is how you ask us to do it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the providers needed to answer your inquiry and the service suppliers that keep this website and its form running.
Cookies and Measurement
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work normally if you do. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels on this site.
How Long We Keep It
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and for our own business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your Choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Do that by phone on 305-680-1037 or through the form on our contact page, and say which of the three you want.
If you would rather not hear from us or from a provider again, say so to us or directly to whoever contacted you, and the contact will stop.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted something through the form, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any revision appears on this page with a new date at the top.

We operate as a service-area business across Miami-Dade and south Broward and do not maintain a public office for visitors, so the phone line and the contact form are the two routes in.
