The terms that apply to using this website, and a plain statement of what this service is and is not.

Using This Website
This website connects people in Miami and the surrounding Miami-Dade and south Broward area with independent rodent control and wildlife providers. By using it you agree to the terms set out on this page. Use the site for lawful purposes only, and do not do anything that would damage it, interfere with it, introduce malicious code into it, or restrict anyone else from using it. You must be 18 or older to submit a request through this site.
What We Do, and What We Do Not Do
Rodent Removal Miami is a referral service. We connect you with independent, licensed pest control and wildlife companies operating in South Florida. We do not perform rodent inspections, trapping, exclusion sealing, attic cleanup, insulation work or repairs ourselves, and we do not hold a Florida pest control license.
All work is carried out by an independent participating provider under its own licenses and its own insurance. Any contract for services is formed between you and that provider. We are not a party to it, we do not control how the provider prices or performs the work, and we are not responsible for the quality, timing or outcome of that work.
We may receive a referral fee from a provider when a visitor to this website becomes that provider's customer. This does not change what you pay.
Your Responsibilities
Give accurate and current contact details when you submit a request, so that a provider can actually reach you.
Satisfy yourself about any provider before you let them work on your property. Confirm the license and insurance of whoever attends, and check the license against the state register. This is sound practice with any contractor, from any source.
Take up any dispute about the work, the price or the conduct of the job directly with the provider who performed it. We can pass on a complaint but we have no authority over another company.
Information on This Site Is General
The service pages on this site describe how rodent work is typically done in South Florida, and the price ranges published on them are typical bands drawn from public cost data and market research. They are there so you can form a view before anyone visits.
They are not a quote, they are not an offer, and they are not advice about your specific property. Only an inspection of your property produces a real figure. Nothing on this site should be treated as a guarantee of price, timescale or result.
Content and Intellectual Property
The text, images, layout, code and design of this website belong to us or are licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Do not copy, republish, scrape or redistribute any part of it without our written permission. Requests can be made by phone or through the contact form.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from any service performed by a third-party provider. That includes property damage, personal injury, lost profits, lost data and any indirect or consequential loss, whether or not we were told such loss was possible.
Our role begins and ends with connecting you to a provider. We do not guarantee any particular result, and nothing on this site creates a warranty of any kind.
Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of this website, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with any provider you were connected with through it.
Links to Other Sites
This site may link to pages we do not run, including reference material from government agencies and university extension services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Ending Access
We may suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time and without notice, particularly where use of it breaches these terms or threatens the site or its other users.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any revision is published on this page and the date at the top is changed with it. Continuing to use the site after that point means you accept the revised version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of them is to be brought in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
How to Reach Us
Questions about this page can be reached by phone on 305-680-1037, which is answered 24 hours a day, or in writing through the form on our contact page. Written inquiries are picked up during business hours.
We operate as a service-area business across Miami-Dade and south Broward and do not maintain a public office for visitors, so the phone line and the contact form are the two routes in.
Accepting These Terms
Using this website confirms that you have read these terms, understood them, and agree to them.

A free inspection identifies the species, maps every opening, and prices the work as separate line items. The phone is answered 24 hours a day.
